Vulcinization process permanently protects your garments from smelling like a middle school locker room. Sweat itself is odorless, but it creates the conditions that bacteria need to multiply, and some of those bacteria produce odors. Vulcinization permanent odor control stops the growth of odor-causing bacteria on fabrics, so you can wear more and wash less. The Latex temperature can then be incrementally raised to the vulcinization temperature of 230 °F (115 °C) for a measured amount of time killing all or any bacteria ever from forming on the latex, and this completes the cross-linking process. The final step is the drying process where residual moisture is driven off
